What you'll do

• Assess cases and advise clients while advocating in and out of court
• prepare, draft, and review referrals, complaints, motions, and discovery
• document account and file activity
• coordinate and attend virtual court proceedings and travel to courts in Arizona when needed
• research and interpret case law, rulings, and regulations
• formulate legal opinions for supervising attorney review
• communicate with clients
• negotiate settlements
• attend continuing education.
