The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long-Term Care role is onsite in Lynchburg, VA, with pay of $19–$21.72 per hour, plus shift differentials as applicable. Tate Springs Health & Rehabilitation is hiring for its long-term care and skilled nursing team. The CNA provides basic nursing care and daily living assistance under the direction of a licensed nurse. The role supports residents’ comfort, safety, mobility, and dignity while helping the facility deliver consistent, quality care.

What you'll do

• Provide basic nursing care and procedures under licensed nurse supervision
• assist with bathing, grooming, hygiene, adaptive equipment, toileting, and mobility
• change clothing and linens as needed
• help residents prepare for and travel to appointments and activities
• assist with lifting, positioning, and transfers
• measure and record vital signs as instructed
• empty urinary drainage bags and report irregularities
• respond to call lights and report changes in condition
• maintain cleanliness of resident and care areas.
