• lead front-of-house operations
• perform opening and closing responsibilities and assign duties
• oversee bar setup and venue walkthroughs
• lead quality shifts using systems and tools
• control labor and conduct inventory
• engage with guests to support satisfaction and retention
• oversee service, production, and quality controls
• comp or discount guest checks when applicable
• follow responsible alcohol service and safety and sanitation practices.
