What you'll do

• Review, code, obtain approvals for, and process vendor invoices
• match invoices with receiving documents and verify quantities and costs
• process employee expense reports and vendor billing
• prepare ACH, check, and manual payments
• reconcile bank statements
• manage monthly company credit card processing and year-end 1099s
• maintain vendor information and resolve discrepancies
• update SOPs and support workflow improvements.
