What you'll do

• Manage recruiting from sourcing through offer for engineering, product, and go-to-market roles
• partner with founders and team leads on role requirements and interview processes
• source candidates through varied channels
• improve recruiting operations and tools
• assess candidates using portfolios and projects as well as resumes
• develop product knowledge to engage technical candidates
• support onboarding, new-hire ramp, performance reviews, leveling, and feedback systems.
