Facility Manager — Entertainment Center

Job overview

The Facility Manager role is onsite in Arlington, VA, with pay of $27–$30 per hour. Lucky Strike Entertainment operates bowling centers, waterparks, and other family entertainment venues, with hospitality as a core focus. The manager leads facility maintenance to keep equipment and building systems safe and reliable and the guest experience operating without interruption. The role oversees repairs, preventive maintenance, vendors, budgets, and maintenance team development, with technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

What you'll do

• Perform and oversee repairs and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions
• schedule preventive maintenance and system checks
• document work and monitor equipment performance
• troubleshoot issues and complete repairs
• manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets
• train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standards
• provide technical support during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
