What you'll do

• Lead HR and administrative department policies, activities, and staff
• oversee recruiting, hiring, training, workflow, performance evaluations, and employee discipline
• collaborate with senior leadership on staffing, recruiting, and retention strategy
• administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, employee relations, performance, safety, and training
• oversee workers’ compensation and unemployment claims and EEO reporting
• monitor employment law compliance
• analyze HR trends and metrics
• facilitate HR staff development
• prepare reports for stakeholders and agencies.
