The caregiver provides one-to-one support that helps seniors remain in their homes. Duties include personal care, safe mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, observation and reporting, errands, and transportation to appointments or community outings.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, and hygiene
• help clients transfer and move safely
• prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• provide companionship and emotional support
• observe and report changes in condition or behavior to the care coordination team
• run local errands and provide transportation to appointments or outings.
