What you'll do
- Participate in quarterly quality improvement meetings, review data, identify trends, and oversee improvement plans
- collaborate with the Branch Director on quality improvement and corrective action plans
- oversee responses to internal and external surveys and audits
- complete documentation and chart reviews to identify care variances and improvement opportunities
- hold case conferences to oversee care coordination and standards
- develop performance improvement plans
- communicate expectations, monitor performance, coach and counsel staff, and ensure timely evaluations.
