• Support Account Managers with customer accounts and projects

• gather customer information and documentation
• review specifications, quotes, proofs, and orders for accuracy
• coordinate with internal departments
• assemble samples
• respond to routine questions and escalate issues
• submit quality concerns and support follow-up.
