The Keyholder — Car Wash Operations role is onsite in Shreveport, LA, and pays $14–$16 per hour plus commission on sales. The position supports RocketFast! Car Wash’s site operations and customer experience. The keyholder assists the manager and assistant manager with daily operations, customer service, sales, wash volume, quality, and performance. When other management is not onsite, the keyholder is responsible for customer, equipment, and staff issues, while also helping train the team, completing opening and closing duties, handling cash transactions and deposits, and maintaining a clean, safe facility.
