Children’s Coach

Job overview

The Children’s Coach role is onsite in Powell, OH, with compensation of $18–$24 per hour. KidStrong helps parents support children’s development from early childhood through age 11. The coach teaches the KidStrong curriculum and leads classes focused on children’s brain, physical, and character development. The role supports children’s learning and safety while helping parents understand the curriculum and their child’s progress.

What you'll do

• Coach classes of 6 to 15 children
• teach the provided curriculum
• keep classes on schedule
• greet students and parents or guardians
• demonstrate and manage exercises
• maintain center cleanliness
• record class data
• communicate with coworkers
• complete required training and certification
• attend monthly programming meetings.
