Health Information Specialist I

What you'll do

• Receive and process patient health information requests
• safeguard confidential records
• maintain knowledge of company and facility software
• prepare and assemble patient charts
• create digital images of paperwork
• retrieve and transmit records appropriately
• answer inbound and outbound calls
• meet productivity expectations
• assist with administrative tasks such as faxes, mail, and data entry as needed.
