Hotel Maintenance Technician

The Hotel Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Upper Marlboro, MD. Pay is $20–$23 per hour. What you'll do

• Handle equipment repairs and coordinate vendor bids for approval
• complete warranty submissions
• conduct and track room preventive maintenance
• maintain inventory and submit supply orders
• service pool and spa areas and record chemical checks
• respond to after-hours emergencies as required
• conduct property walks and identify repairs
• monitor maintenance records and expenses
• maintain plumbing and electrical systems, fixtures, grounds, public areas, and equipment
• train new maintenance personnel and oversee housemen at both hotels.
