What you'll do

• Lead nursing operations and ensure compliance with state, federal, Joint Commission, and CARF standards
• supervise, mentor, and develop nursing staff
• oversee staffing, scheduling, and daily workflows
• partner with medical and interdisciplinary teams
• ensure accurate documentation, assessments, and electronic medical record compliance
• oversee medication management and safety
• lead infection control and quality improvement
• support audits and accreditation
• and develop nursing policies and staff education programs.
