What you'll do

• Provide customer service to retail associates, customers, and visitors
• conduct routine and random unarmed patrols of sales, stock, entrance, parking, and perimeter areas
• monitor activity and report suspicious behavior or incidents
• respond calmly to incidents and critical situations
• document observations
• assist with access control and opening and closing procedures.
