What you'll do

• Perform major and routine maintenance and repairs in apartments, buildings, common areas, breezeways, irrigation systems, and grounds
• support storage and commercial assets
• report unsafe conditions
• complete vacant-apartment punch lists and make-readies
• conduct property inspections and identify preventive maintenance needs
• coordinate housekeeping and floor repairs
• maintain organized and stocked inventory and workshop
• serve on a rotating 24-hour emergency maintenance on-call schedule approximately every four weeks.
