What you'll do

• Provide professional, friendly, and proactive guest service while supporting colleagues
• operate an industrial dishwasher
• ensure kitchen colleagues have required dishes and silverware and guests have clean dishes
• sort, stack, load, and unload dishes
• store cleaned items safely and in an organized manner
• remove and inventory broken or chipped items
• keep floors clean and dry
• follow department policies and service standards
• use PPE appropriately.
