What you'll do

• Answer calls and perform reception duties
• take and route messages
• greet residents, families, and visitors and respond to inquiries
• support marketing materials as requested
• prepare meal tickets and tally dining counts
• maintain resident lists, rosters, registers, and logs
• coordinate resident and family appointments and community resources
• keep entry and front desk areas organized
• sort and distribute mail
• maintain resident forms
• follow company procedures and confidentiality requirements.
