What you'll do

• Process weekly payroll and verify timesheets, electronic time entries, field tickets, and approved hours
• allocate labor costs to jobs and cost codes
• reconcile payroll reports and related general ledger accounts
• assist with payroll tax reporting and year-end processing
• process vendor and subcontractor invoices
• maintain accounts payable and receivable records
• reconcile credit cards and vendor statements
• support closing, job-cost reviews, financial reporting, and audits
• travel as required.
