What you'll do

• Manage the Dallas-based sample and fulfillment team and daily operations
• oversee Mexico-based mill positions connected to Dallas sampling production
• monitor deadlines, cycle times, KPIs, and quality
• replenish supplies and maintain inventory
• coordinate receipt, organization, and storage of samples from Mexico
• distribute seasonal samples and materials to showrooms and sales representatives
• review trim inventory and place purchase orders as needed
• use Navision ERP to manage inventory and costs
• track and report departmental metrics
• promote workplace safety. Travel to Mexico approximately 1–2 times per year.
