The Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) - Initial License Trainee is an onsite role based in Fenton, IL. as a single fixed salary, but ranges from $159,000.00 to $182,000.00 per year during training, with potential for higher earnings post-licensure, supporting the Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station. This role exists to train and prepare candidates to perform the duties of an Operations Shift Supervisor. Upon successful completion of the training program and NRC licensing, the operator will supervise licensed activities in the reactor control room and oversee bargaining unit reactor and equipment operators.

What you'll do

• Attend Initial License Training (ILT) including classroom and on-the-job training
• complete all phases of training to obtain an SRO license
• perform emergency response and outage support duties as directed.
