What you'll do

• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project requirements
• perform quantity takeoffs for site development, earthwork, hardscape, concrete, irrigation, planting, and erosion control
• prepare bid proposals
• solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes
• maintain estimating records
• support value engineering, pre-bid meetings, site visits, project turnover, and change-order pricing
• coordinate with clients, vendors, project managers, and operations teams.
