What you'll do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees
• follow site procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations using reporting and escalation procedures
• conduct regular and random unarmed vehicle and foot patrols
• monitor access points and assist with access control and visitor direction
• prepare activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation.
