Sales and Marketing Coordinator

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator role is onsite in Village of Williamsburg, VA; pay is $20–$24 per hour. The role supports sales performance and marketing execution across Premier Rental Purchase Corporate’s assigned stores.

What you'll do

• Track and report weekly completed sales, prepare performance summaries, and present verified totals and initiative updates at Monday meetings.
• Collaborate with store sales leaders, identify performance obstacles, and coach leaders on CRM use, lead follow-up, sales scripts, and process consistency.
• Support marketing campaigns, monitor lead flow and conversion, coordinate store communications, and create and deploy email and text campaigns.
