What you'll do

• Lead IP due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, licensing, option, and venture transactions
• assess patent coverage, freedom to operate, validity, enforceability, and competitive landscapes
• advise cross-functional teams
• prepare diligence reports and risk assessments
• coordinate prior art and validity analyses
• support transaction negotiations and patent prosecution activities.
