What you'll do

• Own and manage full sales cycles across mid-market accounts
• build and maintain a self-generated pipeline
• navigate buying processes involving HR, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Operations
• lead consultative conversations about screening, compliance, and HCM strategy
• partner with internal teams and external HCM ecosystem partners
• move deals through pipeline stages to contract sent and closed won.
