Lead Service Technician – Melody on Main

What you'll do

• Complete make-ready units to community standards
• troubleshoot and repair minor HVAC, appliance, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and drywall issues
• perform repairs and preventive maintenance in vacant units
• maintain pool chemical balance and safety
• complete minor roof repairs and re-key locks
• inspect for safety hazards and report them
• monitor parts and cleaning supplies
• train and mentor service and facilities technicians
• share on-call duty with the service team.
