Bookkeeper — Part-Time, 20–30 Hours

What you'll do

• Oversee accounts receivable and payable workflows
• support billing setup, invoice accuracy, collections, payment posting, vendor onboarding, invoice coding, and payment coordination
• maintain accounting records and supporting documentation
• prepare aging reports and internal schedules
• coordinate tax records and filings with the external CPA
• guide accounting staff and improve procedures and controls.
