Commissioning Manager

The manager leads commissioning readiness and execution from factory acceptance testing through site acceptance testing and final energization. The role develops technicians and repeatable practices while ensuring control systems perform as designed and commissioning work is completed safely and accurately.

What you'll do

• Manage, coach, and develop commissioning technicians
• own project commissioning readiness
• plan and lead factory and site acceptance testing and final energization
• maintain procedures, test plans, and check sheets
• verify protection settings, control logic, communications, and operating sequences
• coordinate with engineering, construction, project management, operations, and customers
• oversee safety and energization readiness
• review third-party testing
• track findings and punch-list items
• and maintain turnover documentation.
