What you'll do

• Provide career exploration, life-skills training, job-readiness preparation, and job-search assistance
• assess participant strengths, readiness, and barriers
• develop individualized education, training, and employment plans
• coach participants toward education, employment, and personal development goals
• maintain follow-up contacts and participant records
• support recruitment, intake, orientation, enrollment, and workshops
• connect participants with employers, schools, community organizations, internships, apprenticeships, and training
• conduct outreach and participate in community events and career fairs
• collaborate with colleagues and support program outcomes.
