What you'll do

• Conduct in-home design and sales consultations
• measure rooms and job sites and provide quotes
• guide customers through flooring selections
• present options and close sales
• manage proposals, follow-ups, and project details
• build referral relationships with builders, realtors, and designers
• partner with the Production Manager.
