The Emergency Medical Technician or Paramedic, In-Home Care role is onsite in Lynn, MA, with compensation of $26–$37 per hour. Gather Health provides social primary care to older adults, including care in patients’ homes. The role brings clinical support to senior patients who may face transportation and other social barriers to care. Working with primary care providers, Gather Guide Partners, and clinic administrators, the Medical Technician Partner conducts home visits, provides routine clinical care and testing, checks on patients, and documents care to support the care team’s work.

What you'll do

• Provide in-home care and serve as a clinical liaison
• conduct approximately six to eight home visits per day
• address acute medical decompensation or provide routine care, including phlebotomy and point-of-care testing
• help organize inpatient or emergency department admission-avoidance plans
• conduct social visits and outbound health-status calls
• access medical control as needed
• and review appointments, charts, and document notes in Athena.
