The Special Education Teacher is an onsite role based in Gig Harbor, WA, offering a salary range of $65,000 - $95,000 per year plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus. This position supports the ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education department, which is dedicated to providing alternative and special education programs for children and young adults. This role exists to lead the instructional process for students in grades K-12 with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). The teacher designs personalized learning experiences, delivers targeted instruction, and maintains a classroom environment that fosters social development and academic growth in alignment with state and school standards.
