Pallet Stacking

The Pallet Stacking role is onsite in Waxahachie, TX. Compensation is $14.00 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The position supports production and warehouse work in a manufacturing environment. The role handles raw materials and finished products, stacks and organizes products on pallets, and assists with batching and packaging construction materials. Safe equipment operation and consistent production work help meet daily output and quality requirements.

What you'll do

• Lift, carry, move, and stack bags and finished products weighing approximately 50–80 pounds
• organize finished products on pallets
• load and unload materials and products
• assist with batching and production of grout, mortar, and related construction materials
• weigh and handle raw materials to specifications
• operate filling and packaging equipment and forklifts
• monitor equipment and report issues
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• follow safety and production procedures
• support daily production goals.
