What you'll do

• Support production teams with quality troubleshooting
• validate containment of nonconforming material
• conduct Gemba walks and create quality alerts
• log nonconforming material and lead Material Review Board activity
• analyze first-pass yield, scrap, rework, and cost-of-poor-quality data
• lead structured problem-solving and corrective actions
• maintain control plans, standard work, and PFMEAs
• conduct process audits
• support training, calibration, and quality documentation.
