The Assistant General Manager, Restaurant role is onsite in Madison, AL. Pay is $20 per hour. The role supports CAVA’s restaurant operations and its mission to make it simple for guests to eat well and feel good. Working with the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager helps coordinate daily operations, team development, guest service, and financial and operational performance. The role contributes to consistent food quality, service, cleanliness, and restaurant results.

What you'll do

• Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing
• uphold food quality, service, and cleanliness standards
• oversee inventory, supply ordering, and cost control
• train, coach, and provide feedback to team members
• support scheduling and staffing
• address team member issues
• respond to customer concerns
• track sales and cash handling
• assist with financial reports, food safety, records, and action plans.
