Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist role is onsite in Santa Fe, NM, supporting a New Mexico state agency and its Socorro and Albuquerque locations. Pay is $31 per hour. What you'll do

• Review invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents
• verify coding, approvals, and available funds
• process invoices, vouchers, and inter-agency payments through SHARE
• resolve billing discrepancies
• reconcile payment records, purchase orders, and expenditures
• monitor purchase order balances and outstanding invoices
• maintain financial records and prepare payment reports
• support audits and fiscal year-end activities
• follow agency procedures and records-retention requirements.

Why this role
