Youth Soccer Coach

What you'll do

• Develop and implement age-appropriate soccer training for players ages 5–18
• foster a positive, inclusive team culture
• motivate players to improve skills, fitness, and understanding of the game
• communicate with players, parents, and coaches about progress, performance, and events
• attend team practices, games, and tournaments
• follow player-safety and injury-prevention practices
• collaborate with coaches and club staff.

Why this role
