• investigate technical, quality, and production issues
• lead continuous improvement
• oversee quality control and instrument maintenance
• maintain quality and regulatory records
• evaluate procedures and technologies
• coach direct reports
• perform bench work as needed
• support policy, payroll, and personnel administration.
