The Clinical Director – Center-Based Autism Services role is fully onsite at ANNA’s center in Woburn, MA; relocation assistance is provided. Base salary is $115,000–$125,000 per year, with potential bonuses described separately. ANNA provides neurodiversity-affirming, play-based NDBI therapy to autistic children under six across Massachusetts. The director leads clinical quality, daily operations, and team culture at a center serving children ages 18 months to six years. By supervising and developing clinicians while managing staffing, scheduling, utilization, and budget, the role supports effective care and a well-run clinic.
What you'll do
- Monitor clinical quality and client progress
- provide individual and group supervision to BCBAs and Behavior Therapists
- supervise assessments, intervention plans, and parent coaching
- monitor documentation and compliance
- coach and develop staff
- manage center operations, staffing, scheduling, supplies, facilities, budget, and utilization
- lead hiring and onboarding
- collaborate with clinical and operational leadership
- guide clinical policies and procedures.
