Experienced Toddler Teacher

The Experienced Toddler Teacher role is onsite in Graham, WA. Pay is $19–$20 per hour. The position supports The Learning Experience’s early childhood learning environment and its goal of helping children learn, play, grow, and thrive. The teacher creates a safe, engaging classroom and implements the L.E.A.P. Curriculum in ways suited to children’s needs. The role also builds relationships with families and coworkers and supports center enrollment and engagement goals.

What you'll do

• Create a welcoming classroom for young children
• implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum with infants, toddlers, or preschool children according to their needs
• provide a safe and nurturing environment
• communicate children’s activities and progress to parents through apps and conversations
• partner with center staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement goals.
