The Preschool Teacher — Autism Support Specialist (1:1 Care) role is onsite in Cypress, TX, and pays $15.00–$19.00 per hour. Working under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the educator implements individualized behavior-intervention and skill-development programs. The role supports communication, social, play, self-help, and adaptive skills while documenting progress and collaborating with caregivers and clinical supervisors.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one behavioral support using individualized treatment plans
• implement skill-building programs for communication, social, play, and self-help skills
• use evidence-based behavioral strategies
• collect and document data on progress and behaviors
• support social-emotional regulation and adaptive skills
• collaborate with BCBAs, clinical supervisors, and caregivers
• maintain a safe, structured learning environment
• communicate with parents and interdisciplinary team members.
