What you'll do

• Assist with quantity take-offs, pricing, and bids
• analyze plans and project data to estimate time, cost, materials, and labor
• solicit subcontractors
• consult with vendors and construction personnel
• help assemble estimates and proposals for owners
• develop project schedules
• account for progress rates, weather, and unforeseen circumstances
• support bid closeout and technical proposal writing
• travel as required for meetings, site visits, and training.
