What you'll do

• Produce and review M&A and investment cases, post-merger integration plans, and strategic recommendations supported by quantitative analysis
• synthesize data-room materials and due-diligence reports
• prepare client-ready memos, models, and recommendations with explicit assumptions, risks, and conditions
• evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy and depth
• work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.
