The Second Shift Line Lead role is onsite in Oostburg, WI, Monday–Friday, 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. Starting pay is $27.89 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $32.93 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift premium; an incentive bonus may add up to 6% of gross annual earnings. What you'll do

• Set up and operate packaging machines and production support equipment
• track production and order completion
• determine cheese quantities needed
• ensure packaging specifications are met
• record film and ingredient usage and equipment efficiency
• document downtime
• complete quality-control checks and maintain reliable attendance.
