Senior IT Support Engineer

What you'll do

• Respond to escalated tickets by phone or email
• assist IT Support Technicians with ticket questions
• troubleshoot servers, networks, and cloud solutions
• conduct software deployments
• administer Office 365, Windows Servers, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, VoIP deployments, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Hyper-V, and wired and wireless networks
• participate in the on-call rotation
• assist clients with information-security audits and questionnaires.
