Field Service Technician (ATM)

The Field Service Technician (ATM) role is onsite in Charlotte, NC, serving an assigned geographic territory. Compensation is $24 per hour. Nautilus Hyosung America develops and delivers ATM self-service technology products. The technician maintains ATM availability by installing, repairing, loading software, and performing preventive maintenance on equipment. The role also supports customers, trains bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks, and helps meet service-level agreements.

What you'll do

• Install, repair, load software, and maintain ATMs and other products in an assigned territory
• train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks
• perform diagnostics, testing, cleaning, and preventive maintenance
• manage spare parts and inventory processes
• complete reports
• provide customer service and maintain service-level agreements.
