What you'll do

• Create and monitor insurance ticklers
• request updated insurance information from guarantors and agents
• receive and evaluate insurance certificates
• obtain assignment language and negotiate coverage
• obtain force-placed insurance when required and available
• update loan systems and document records
• process insurance claims
• inform loan officers of changes and deficiencies
• prepare weekly reports
• support audits and maintain understanding of SBA requirements.
