What you'll do
- Monitor residents and maintain a safe, therapeutic, trauma-informed environment
- support activities and provide transportation when needed
- conduct searches and toxicology screens as scheduled or needed
- assist with conflict management and medication observation under established protocols
- oversee meal preparation and facility cleanliness
- complete rounds, shift notes, group notes, and incident reports
- follow emergency procedures and conduct monthly fire drills.
